We am offering Organically grown plants with a well established root base for production this year. The nurseries charge $4 to $10 for a small 4inch or less pot with new growth starter plants that won't yield the first year. If you can find a nursery that sells it.
We are offering established plants with mature root stock that will pay for themselves this year in medicinal tea or salve herbs if you plant them in an optimal location for only $20.
Comfrey grows well in full sun and good soil but is typically difficult to kill.
If you don't know why you need one, trust me, YOU WANT ONE! This herb is a top 10 in the master herbalists most needed garden herbs list. In brief with "PC" words for FB.... It's excellent at killing all those pesky microbials that make you sick. Its known for cellular rebuilding both skin and bone cells. It's been a very popularly used tea for what's been ailing the populace the most for the past 2 years. It's know as an electrolyte balancer that makes a very refreshing summer time tea. The agricultural animals also find it delicious and health promoting. The bumble bees love it. It's robust but polite in your herb garden. It grows well as a perennial and expands roots for division, but doesn't spread or take over. It can get at least 3 feet tall when at peak blooms, and can be entirely cut down for preservation typically 3 times per summer.
